I was working at One Liberty Plaza on 9/11. That building is across Church Street from the World Trade Center–about 900 feet away. The Brookes Brothers’ store on the first floor was used as a medical triage area until Tower Two collapsed, damaging my building. That day is irrevocably burned into who I am now. The six images in this gallery are of New Yorkers I knew, some had been there, some had lost friends or relatives, all were affected.
